This meeting is strictly to vote in a board. We will need to have enough people at this meeting to be able to have that vote. If you can not attend, you can send your proxy in with whomever is coming in your place.

Please Note: For a household to vote, they CANNOT be delinquent with the HOA monthly dues.

Lastly, Rodney has advised that the people who wish to be placed on the ballot will have time before the vote to speak infront of everyone explaining about themselves and pitch about why to vote for them.
