At this time, we are reaching out to inform you of our Lockbox Service which processes all payments to your Homeowners Association.

Please update the mailing address for future payments to the new lockbox located in Commerce, GA:

If you are on bill pay through your bank, the address to remit payment can be changed by logging into your bill pay bank account and updating the address your bank mails your HOA payment to.

If you are mailing a check each month, please be sure to address your payment to the Commerce, GA P.O. Box.

Please be sure your address is provided as the account number to ensure payments are applied to the correct accounts.

As of January 1st, 2024, we will no longer be accepting checks received at the P.O. Box in Spring Hill, TN, and there is no guarantee they will be returned to you or credited to your account. This will result in a delay getting the payment credited to your account and may result in late fees.
