SPRING CREEK FARMS
MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING
January 26th, 2026

The Spring Creek Farms Homeowners Association Board of Directors met on January 26th, 2026 at 6:30pm via Zoom.

The following Board members were present:

Tim Montie, President

Dan Sanchez, Secretary

Stephen Medawar, Treasurer

This did constitute a quorum of Board members.

Laura Beth Guinn was present to represent Acclaimed Property Management.

Tim called the meeting to order at 6:31p.m.

Tim made a motion to approve the November minutes and December financials. Stephen seconded.

The first topic of discussion was landscaping and the berm. A solution to prevent trucks driving through the grass was discussed. Repair of the chipped concrete in front of 276 Addison was discussed. Laura Beth to coordinate repair.

New projects such as a community playground and little library were discussed, and progress on CCR changes was evaluated. CCR enforcement was discussed.

With no other business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 7:31pm. Next meeting will be March 23rd at 6:30pm.
