SPRING CREEK FARMS
MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING
August 25th, 2025

The Spring Creek Farms Homeowners Association Board of Directors met on August 25th, 2025 at 6:30pm via Zoom.

The following Board members were present:

• Tim Montie, President

• Dan Sanchez, Secretary

• Stephen Medawar, Treasurer

This did constitute a quorum of Board members.

Laura Beth Guinn was present to represent Acclaimed Property Management.

Tim called the meeting to order at 6:34p.m.

Tim made a motion to approve the July minutes and July financials. Dan seconded.

The first topic of discussion was the 2026 Annual Budget. After a lengthy discussion of upcoming maintenance items, Tim made a motion to approve the 2026 Annual Budget with a dues raise of $2/month, bringing the total to $42/month. Dan seconded. Stephen did not approve.

The annual meeting was next on this list. It will be November 7th at 7pm. There is one board seat up for election.

The pool will officially close on September 29th.

New projects such as a community playground were discussed, and progress on CCR changes was evaluated.

It was decided to discuss the budget and annual meeting at the next meeting.

With no other business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 7:50pm. Next meeting will be September 29th at 6:30pm.
